Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to AItoolkitpro.ai, AI Toolkit Pro downloads and licenses, and related documentation, demonstrations, discussions and services.

1. The Product

AI Toolkit Pro is WordPress software that provides modular AI-assisted workflows and can connect to supported third-party AI providers. Features, limits, compatibility, provider support and availability may change as the product develops.

2. Free and Paid Editions

The Free edition may include usage or workflow limits. Paid plans may remove selected limits or enable additional actions. Current plan details shown on the Pricing page control over older marketing descriptions if they conflict.

3. Subscription and Lifetime Licenses

Paid options may include monthly, annual and Lifetime licenses as offered at checkout. Recurring subscriptions continue according to the billing terms presented at purchase until canceled. A Lifetime license means the license term offered for that product; it does not guarantee that every third-party service, provider, integration, or feature will exist forever.

4. Third-Party AI Costs

AI-provider API charges are not included in the AI Toolkit Pro license unless expressly stated. You are responsible for your provider account, credentials, usage and charges.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with systems, obtain unauthorized access, expose credentials, abuse provider services, or facilitate deceptive, fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity.

6. AI Output

AI-generated output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use, publish, or act on generated material.

7. Your Content

You retain responsibility for content you submit, process or publish. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use that content with the service and relevant third-party providers.

8. Discussions

Public Discussions are governed by the Community Guidelines in addition to these Terms. We may moderate, edit, hide or remove content and restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce policies, protect users, or maintain service quality.

9. Intellectual Property

AI Toolkit Pro software, branding, documentation, website design and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws except where a separate license expressly provides otherwise.

10. Updates and Compatibility

WordPress, PHP, browsers, hosting environments and third-party AI APIs change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with every configuration or third-party service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties not expressly stated in writing. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Toolkit Pro and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, third-party providers, AI output, data loss, downtime, or unauthorized access. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms when the product, business model, providers or legal requirements change. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
