AI Toolkit Pro provides tools that use third-party artificial intelligence services. This disclosure explains what that means for users and website owners.
Third-Party AI Providers
AI Toolkit Pro can connect to supported providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic Claude. AI requests are processed using the provider selected and configured by the website owner. AI Toolkit Pro is not OpenAI or Anthropic and does not control their independent services.
Your Own API Account
Unless a particular feature expressly states otherwise, users/site owners supply their own supported API credentials. Provider usage charges are separate from AI Toolkit Pro license fees and are governed by the provider account.
What May Be Sent to an AI Provider
Depending on the feature, prompts, instructions, page content, draft text, translation text, conversation messages, moderation text, or other information needed to produce the requested result may be sent to the selected AI provider.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
AI output may contain factual errors, outdated information, unsuitable recommendations, bias, formatting problems, or invented information. AI Toolkit Pro does not guarantee that generated output is accurate, complete, original, lawful, or appropriate for a particular purpose.
Human Review
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing or using it. Extra care is appropriate for legal, financial, medical, safety, employment, compliance, or other high-impact matters.
Copyright and Third-Party Rights
You are responsible for evaluating whether content you submit or publish complies with copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, and other applicable rights.
AI-Assisted Site Content
Some explanatory, tutorial, support, or marketing content on AItoolkitpro.ai may be created or edited with AI assistance and reviewed before publication. Community posts are identified through their displayed account or author information and should not be represented as independent customer experiences when created by the AI Toolkit Pro team.
Provider Policies
Your use of a third-party AI provider is also subject to that provider’s applicable terms, privacy practices, usage policies, and API rules.
