AI Toolkit Pro provides a Free edition and Live Demo so users can evaluate the product before purchasing a paid license.

Free Edition and Live Demo

We encourage users to evaluate AI Toolkit Pro before purchasing. The Free edition provides access to supported features subject to the limits described on the website, and the Live Demo allows visitors to try supported front-end tools.

Paid Purchases

Payments for monthly, annual, Lifetime, or other paid AI Toolkit Pro licenses are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Please review the product features, documentation, pricing, system requirements, and available Free edition before completing a purchase.

Recurring Subscriptions

Canceling a recurring subscription stops future renewals according to the billing terms presented at checkout or in the applicable billing portal. Cancellation does not normally create a refund for amounts already paid, except where required by law.

Lifetime Licenses

Lifetime-license purchases are one-time payments and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Third-Party API Charges

Charges from OpenAI, Anthropic, or another third-party AI provider are separate from AI Toolkit Pro. AI Toolkit Pro cannot refund charges billed directly by an independent third-party provider.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or there is a billing error, contact us with the email address used for the purchase and enough transaction information to locate the order. Do not send full payment-card numbers.

Rights Required by Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation, cooling-off, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived in your jurisdiction. Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, we will honor that requirement.
